Ingredients
- irish whiskey 1.5 oz
- hot coffee 6 oz
- demerara sugar 2 tsp
- heavy cream 1 oz (lightly whipped)
Instructions
Warm a glass mug. Add sugar and whiskey, then hot coffee. Stir to dissolve sugar. Float whipped cream on top by pouring over the back of a spoon. No garnish.
